Add your first brand, configure products, and start tracking AI citations.

Before AEO Goal can track your AI visibility, you need to add at least one brand. A brand represents a company or product you want to monitor.

Adding a brand

  1. Log in and click Add Brand (or go to Settings → Brands → New Brand).
  2. Enter your brand name (e.g. “Acme Corp”).
  3. Enter your primary domain (e.g. acme.com - no https://).
  4. Click Create Brand.

AEO Goal uses your domain to detect citations - when an AI engine mentions or links to your domain, that counts as a citation.

Adding products

Products help AEO Goal track specific offerings within your brand, not just the company name.

  1. In your brand settings, click Products → Add Product.
  2. Enter the product name and a short description.
  3. Click Save.

You can add multiple products. When setting up tracked prompts, you can associate them with specific products to organize your data.

Selecting markets

A market is a country + language combination that determines which AI engine locale is queried.

  1. In brand settings, click Markets → Add Market.
  2. Choose country and language.
  3. Click Add.

Start with your primary market. You can add more markets later. See Markets & Languages for details.

Configuring brand voice (optional)

Brand voice guides AI-generated content to match your tone and style.

  1. In brand settings, click Brand Voice.
  2. Describe your tone (e.g. “Professional but approachable, data-driven, avoids jargon”).
  3. Optionally upload sample content for AEO Goal to analyze.

What is a brand in AEO Goal?

Should I include https:// in the domain?

No. Enter just the domain, such as acme.com, without the protocol or a trailing slash.

Can I track more than one brand?

Yes. You can add multiple brands, subject to your plan's brand limit, and switch between them in the brand selector at the top of the dashboard.
