Last updated August 31, 2026
Tickets is AEO Goal’s issue-tracking system for actionable SEO and AEO improvements - broken links, missing schema, quality issues, and any task that needs to be assigned and tracked to completion.
How tickets are created
Tickets can be created:
- Automatically from Site Audit - click “Create Ticket” on any audit issue
- Automatically from Quality Gate - click “Create Ticket” on any citability recommendation
- Manually - click New Ticket in the Tickets board
- Via CSV import - bulk import a list of issues
Ticket categories
AEO Goal routes tickets to the appropriate category automatically:
- Technical SEO - broken links, redirect chains, canonical issues
- Content - quality gate improvements, thin content, missing FAQs
- Structured Data - missing or invalid schema
- Performance - Core Web Vitals issues
- AEO - AI citability improvements
