Overview of AEO Goal plans, what each includes, and how to upgrade or downgrade.

AEO Goal offers plans for individuals, growing teams, and agencies. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial - no credit card required to start.

Plan comparison

Visit the Pricing page for current plan details and pricing. Plans generally differ by:

  • Number of brands - how many brand profiles you can track
  • Tracked prompts - monthly tracked prompt runs
  • AI answer-check credits - credits for research, blog generation, and AI chat
  • Team members - how many users can access the account
  • White-label - custom domain and branding for agency clients (Agency and Enterprise only)
  • Client logins - how many client portal accounts you can create

Changing your plan

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. Select the new plan.
  4. Enter payment information if not already on file.
  5. Click Upgrade.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You’re billed the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan.
  3. Select a lower-tier plan.
  4. Click Downgrade.

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained; if you’re over the new plan’s limits (e.g. too many brands), you’ll need to archive excess brands before the period ends.

Annual billing

Annual plans are available at a discount (typically 2 months free). Switch to annual billing in Settings → Billing.

Free trial

All paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you’re prompted to add payment info to continue. If you don’t upgrade, your account is downgraded to the free tier.

Canceling

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm.

Your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account is downgraded to the free tier and your data is retained for 90 days.
