White-Label Portal

Deliver AEO analytics under your own brand - custom domain, logo, and colors.

Last updated August 31, 2026

The White-Label Portal lets agencies deliver AEO analytics under their own brand. Clients access their data at your custom domain with your logo and colors - AEO Goal is invisible to them.

What is white-labeled

  • Domain - client logins go to analytics.youragency.com instead of app.aeogoal.com
  • Logo - your agency logo appears in the navigation, emails, and PDF reports
  • Colors - primary and accent colors match your brand
  • Emails - invitation and notification emails sent from your custom email domain (with proper DNS setup)
  • PDF reports - Specialist Scorecards and scheduled reports use your branding
  • Public report URLs - shareable report links use your domain

Setting up white-label

Step 1: Configure custom domain

  1. Go to Settings → White Label.
  2. Enter your custom subdomain (e.g. analytics.youragency.com).
  3. AEO Goal provides a CNAME target.
  4. Add a CNAME record in your DNS: analytics[provided CNAME target].
  5. Wait for DNS propagation (up to 48 hours).
  6. Return to Settings and click Verify Domain.

Step 2: Configure branding

  1. Upload your logo (PNG or SVG, minimum 200px wide, transparent background recommended).
  2. Set your primary color (the main UI accent color).
  3. Set your secondary color (used for buttons and highlights).
  4. Enter your agency name (appears in email footers and PDF reports).
  5. Click Save.

Step 3: Configure email (optional)

To send emails from your own domain (e.g. no-reply@youragency.com):

  1. Enter your sending email address.
  2. AEO Goal provides SPF and DKIM DNS records.
  3. Add those records to your DNS.
  4. Click Verify Email.

Without this step, emails are sent from no-reply@aeogoal.com but display your agency name.

Frequently asked questions

What gets white-labeled in the client portal?

The domain, your logo in the navigation, emails, and PDF reports, your primary and accent colors, invitation and notification emails from your custom email domain with proper DNS setup, PDF reports, and public report URLs all use your branding instead of AEO Goal's.

How do I set up a custom domain?

Go to Settings, White Label, enter your custom subdomain, add the CNAME record AEO Goal provides to your DNS, wait for DNS propagation which can take up to 48 hours, then return to Settings and click Verify Domain.

Do I have to send emails from my own domain?

No, it is optional. If you do not configure your own sending domain, emails are sent from no-reply@aeogoal.com but still display your agency name.
